My package shows as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that your package never arrived!

The first thing we suggest doing in this case is double checking the perimeter of your house. Sometimes shipping carriers will hide packages behind a bush or fence to prevent the package from being stolen.

If a quick search yields nothing, check with your family members or neighbors to make sure they didn't already retrieve the package.

If you still can't locate the package, please send us an email to begin the process on our end.

Once we open an investigation with the shipping carrier, it usually takes 4-7 business days for us to receive an update on the status of the package. We will then either email or call you with next steps.
