You can depend on hassle-free, 30 day returns when you shop at Kelly's Running Warehouse. We're bummed to hear that your new gear isn't what you expected, but here are the details on returns:
- Items in new, unworn condition can be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately we can't accept returns on footwear that has been used.
- You can choose between an exchange or refund back to your original payment source.
Now that you've decided to make a return, here's how you do it.
- Fill out the return form enclosed in your original shipment or print another one here.
- Pack the items you want to return along with your return form in secure packaging.
- Adhere the SmartLabel located on your invoice to the outside of your return package.
- Drop your return package in any US postal mailbox or hand it off to a US postal mail carrier.
If you decide to use the SmartLabel a $9.99 fee will be deducted from your return credit. If you'd prefer to ship your return package on your own, send it to:

Making a return without your original invoice
If you don't have your original invoice, please include a piece of paper inside your return package with your customer number and order number or billing address. Also indicate if you'd like your return processed as an exchange or refund.
