Most shipments we send include a return shipping label at the bottom of the invoice included in the box.
In some cases, your order may have shipped from the store of our partner in which case the invoice looks different and doesn't include the return label. If you encounter a situation like this and would like a return label to use for your return shipment, please request one via email and be sure to include your order number.
Please note, you are free to return your item with your own carrier at no cost however using our label will incur a $9.99 charge.
